Say hello to yoga’s sophisticated cousin! In Pilates, the focus is on the core and the goal is precision of movement. We focus on exercises that promote core stability, neutral alignment, and posture. As a result, Pilates develops long lean muscle that aids in strength, flexibility, and endurance without risking injury or building bulk.
With a maximum of 8 students, our Pilates fusion classes provide a complete body workout in a small group environment that is fun, and energetic in 50 minutes. This isn't your Mama's Mat class!
ABOUT OUR PILATES FUSION CLASS LEVELS...
Our classes are mixed levels, except where noted in the class descriptions. If you have a major injury, or need extreme modifications, or are a pre-post natal client, we recommend that you contact the studio first to determine the most appropriate group class.
PILATES - GETTIN' CHEEKY!
Not so basic! With an added focus on the booty, this class is a modern fusion of Pilates, movement, balance, stability, functional training, stretching and more. We combine the best core strengthening and sculpting elements of Pilates, with the best booty lifting and toning exercises and end with stretching. We utilize a variety of your favorite fitness props including, bands, light weights, fitness circle, sliders, and small balls to target the smaller muscle groups that are often overlooked in big box gyms!
