Heather Dobler, MA
Pilates and Barre Instructor, Owner
Heather has long had a passion for Pilates, Barre, and Soccer. She has earned her Pilates certification from PSC (Pilates Sports Center) in Pilates Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac. Additionally, she earned certifications in Barre from Booty Barre®, and rowing from Indo-Row. Heather holds a Masters in Education from La Sierra University, Bachelors in History from Cal State Fullerton, and a Secondary Teaching Credential from the State of California.
Heather loves the Pilates Reformer! She practices Pilates using a variety of Pilates apparatuses, but it was the Reformer that made Pilates so personally addictive. Heather has seen firsthand the positive change the Pilates method had on her physical health and personal strength. As a result, Heather decided that she wanted to share this experience with others and decided to open her own studio in Corona. She found Pilates as an excellent activity to complement her outdoor activities – snowshoeing, trail running, and hiking.
As a California native and a resident of Corona for over 15 years, Heather enjoys hiking and running the local trails in the Cleveland National Forest. During the winter, depending on snowfall, she enjoys snowshoeing a variety of Southern California mountain ranges. In addition to practicing Pilates and hiking, Heather follows a variety of both domestic and international soccer clubs. Around the studio, one can routinely find her sporting the jerseys of some of her favorite clubs.
